Trial lesson / introduction to riding: for children aged 7 and over, and adults
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

A great way to discover whether you enjoy riding.
Small groups of no more than 5 children
You will learn safety rules, how to prepare and care for your horse or pony before and after riding, how to mount and dismount correctly, walk, stop and turn, and, once you have sufficient balance, how to trot.
Visitors may not remain on the premises after the activity.
WHAT TO WEAR
- Comfortable long trousers, preferably stretchy; avoid jeans. Closed shoes, preferably walking boots or wellington boots; avoid shoes with Velcro fastenings.
ARRIVAL
- Please arrive at your booked time and go directly to the front of the club office.

It is an enjoyable first step into the world of riding and spending time with horses.
